Questions parents ask
How long does it take?
Usually 5 to 10 days from photo day. For a big school it can take a few days more; the adviser will tell you.
How do I pay?
In cash, through the class adviser, or by GCash or Maya. We tell you the price before we take the photo.
My child missed photo day.
Message us. We come back for children who were absent, or we agree on another time.
My child lost the ID.
Message us with your child’s name, school and section. We can print a new one from the same photo.
Who sees my child’s photo?
Only us, your child’s class adviser and you. The adviser sees small photos of their own class only, through a private link with a PIN, to pick the best one. Children’s photos never appear on the public pages of this site. Read our privacy notice.
